Chasing the Ever After

Frank is an old man with Alzheimer's, which makes him a bit forgetful. But he does know one thing: he has to find his way back to the love of his life. Help him memorise the path before it disappears.

The Mechanic

Each level is a top-down maze. The walkable path is lit up briefly — then tile by tile it fades away. You guide Frank using WASD, relying on what you can still remember. Reach the door before the path is completely gone.

The Story

The fading tiles aren't just a puzzle mechanic — they mirror Alzheimer's itself. The game closes with a short educational note on the disease: how it progresses, what early symptoms look like, and why they matter. Mood and message over mechanics.
